Timo Boese - Lowerground Headerimage

Visual Artist - Motion Designer - Illustrator - Nice. Lets call it Graphic Designer, not to get carried away. And no, I did not want to be a graphic designer when I was a child - I wanted to be either a crane operator or a professional stuntman. Colt Severs was big these days.

Timo Boese is a German designer focusing on motion graphics and illustration. From a background of traditional education like drawing and painting he began working as a motion designer and animator while he was still studying graphic design. He received an university degree in 2004. He has worked for numerous top brand clients (eg Bacardi, Daimler Crysler Jeep, FIFA, Jack Daniels, Lexus, L'Oreal, Nivea, Panasonic, Toyota, Twentieth Century Fox) and for agencies worldwide; his works have been shown at festivals and exhibitions around the globe. Static works have been featured in international magazines and design books. Right now he is based in Hamburg, Germany, where he is working as an self-employed art director and designer.
